Service Description

ANUSARANGA is one of the Vinyasa practices or can be called Vinyasa Yoga. According to Anusaranga's main sequence method, the preparation of Four Major Joints, you will gradually find your spine more flexible in back bending postures, your hips easily get into hip opening postures, your bandhas are more active to achieve the arm balance postures, last but not least, your core strengthen for the inversion. “Ujjayi” breathing is highly used in Anusaranga. Ujjayi will control the movement of your body from one asana to another.
