Service Description
Asana Pranayama yoga class incorporates both the physical practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breath control exercises). This class focuses on synchronizing movement and breath to achieve a balanced and harmonious practice. The class typically begins with a warm-up, which may include gentle stretching and joint mobilization exercises to prepare the body for the asana practice. The asana sequence that follows is designed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Students are guided through a series of postures, with variations and modifications offered to accommodate different levels of experience.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes, please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it. Cancellation can be made up to 6 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Kindly note that the credit you use to make the reservation will not be returned to your plan. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. Waitlist: We allow a waitlist of 2 people for fully booked classes. If a spot doesn't open up 2 hours prior to the class start time, we recommend browsing our other class offerings or adjusting your schedule. If you no longer wish to wait or have decided to change your plan, please remove your name from the waitlist. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 2 bookings.
