Bakasana
Class Description
Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is an arm balance that requires strength, balance, and focus. We will work on building the necessary strength and technique to achieve this pose, as well as exploring other arm balances and inversions. Remember to listen to your body and honor where you are in your practice. If at any point a pose feels too challenging, feel free to come back to Child's Pose or modify as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made 72 hours prior to the start time of each class, and up to 15 minutes before the class starts. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes. Cancellation can be made up to 6 hours prior to start time. (For 8.30 AM classes, please kindly cancel your booking before 10 PM the day before.) For any late cancellation, please message us directly. Credit Package: Late cancellation will result in the loss of your credit. While we can't refund the credit used for your booking, giving us a heads up allows us to offer your spot to someone else. Member Pass: Late cancellation and/or no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. Waitlist: You can use the Fit by Wix app to join the waitlist for fully-booked classes. When a spot opens, you'll receive a notification, and you have 1 hour to book before the spot is offered to the next person on the list. Please monitor your notifications closely. If your plans change and you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist so other members have a chance to join. We reserve the right to cancel classes with insufficient bookings 3-4 hours before the class starts (fewer than 2 bookings for a 60-min class / fewer than 3 bookings for a 90-min class.) Class schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
