Hanuman Stretch
Class Description
Hanuman Stretch is a class in which participants focus on performing splits or hanumanasa, which is a yoga pose that involves extending the legs wide apart with one leg in front and the other behind. The class is dedicated to increasing flexibility and strength to achieve hanumanasana. Participants typically engage in various warm-up exercises, stretches, and yoga poses that target the muscles and joints needed for splits. The instructor provides guidance and modifications for different levels of flexibility, allowing participants to progress at their own pace.
