Class Description

This class focuses on improving hip flexibility and range of motion through a series of targeted yoga poses. We'll explore deep hip opening postures, incorporating gentle stretches and mindful movements to release tension and increase mobility. Expect to leave feeling more open and energized.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made 72 hours prior to the start time of each class, and up to 10 minutes before the class starts. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes. Cancellation for morning classes can be made up to 12 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Credit Package: Late cancellation will result in the loss of your credit. While we can't refund the credit used for your booking, giving us a heads up allows us to offer your spot to someone else. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 2 bookings.
