This class focuses on improving hip flexibility and range of motion through a series of targeted yoga poses. We'll explore deep hip opening postures, incorporating gentle stretches and mindful movements to release tension and increase mobility. Expect to leave feeling more open and energized.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made up to 10 minutes before the class start time to ensure a smooth experience for all. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes. Cancellation can be made up to 6 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Late cancellation will result in the loss of your credit. While we can't refund the credit used for your booking, giving us a heads up allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. Waitlist: We allow a waitlist of 3 people for fully booked classes. If a spot doesn't open up 2 hours prior to the class start time, we recommend browsing our other class offerings or adjusting your schedule. If you no longer wish to wait or have decided to change your plan, please remove your name from the waitlist. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 2 bookings.
