Jump back & through class is an opportunity to learn and refine the technique of jumping through and jumping back in the Ashtanga yoga practice. Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures. In the Ashtanga Primary Series, there are several transitions where practitioners jump through from a seated position to a forward fold and then jump back to a plank or chaturanga position.
