Class Description

Focus: Bakasana (Crow Pose), Arm Balances, and Core Strength Build strength from the center and learn to fly with more control. In this masterclass, we explore how core strength and body awareness create the foundation for arm balances. Using Bakasana (Crow Pose) as our starting point, you'll learn how to engage the body efficiently, find lift, and move with greater confidence. Through targeted drills and guided progressions, we'll break down the mechanics of balance, helping you build the strength and stability needed for more advanced arm balance variations. What to expect: – Core-focused drills to build strength and stability – Step-by-step guidance into Crow Pose and variations – Arm balance progressions and transitions – Exploration of Side Crow, Eight-Angle Pose, Peacock Pose, and other advanced variations Recommended for: Students who can comfortably hold Crow Pose and are ready to explore more challenging arm balances and transitions.

Cancellation Policy

Booking opens 7 days in advance. Spots are first come, first served Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the start time. Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted in order to avoid disruption of the group experience. The class may be subject to cancellation if fewer than 2 participants are enrolled. In the event that the class needs to be canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future class. Participants are encouraged to assess their own physical readiness before attending and to practice within their current limits. By booking the class, you confirm that you are in suitable condition to participate and will take responsibility for your own well-being throughout the session. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are in recovery, we recommend consulting a qualified professional beforehand and informing the teacher prior to the class so that appropriate guidance or modifications can be offered.
