Class Description
Focus: Vinyasa, Hip Flexibility, and Tittibhasana A strong, fluid session that blends movement with technique. We begin with a heat-building Vinyasa flow designed to open the hips and lengthen the hamstrings, creating the space needed for deeper forward folds. From there, we break down Tittibhasana step by step—helping you understand how to enter, balance, and move with control. What to expect: – Dynamic Vinyasa to build heat and stability – Targeted hip-opening and hamstring work – Step-by-step breakdown of Tittibhasana – Guidance on transitions in and out of the pose

Cancellation Policy
Booking opens 7 days in advance. Spots are first come, first served Full payment is required to confirm the booking. Cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before the start time. Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class begins. Late arrivals may not be admitted in order to avoid disruption of the group experience. The class may be subject to cancellation if fewer than 2 participants are enrolled. In the event that the class needs to be canceled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future class. Participants are encouraged to assess their own physical readiness before attending and to practice within their current limits. By booking the class, you confirm that you are in suitable condition to participate and will take responsibility for your own well-being throughout the session. If you have any injuries, medical conditions, or are in recovery, we recommend consulting a qualified professional beforehand and informing the teacher prior to the class so that appropriate guidance or modifications can be offered.
