Class Description

Shivananda Yoga is a traditional and holistic style of yoga that follows the teachings of Swami Sivananda. It incorporates a systematic approach to practicing asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking, and meditation. The asanas in Shivananda Yoga are typically held for a longer duration, allowing for a deep stretch and increased awareness of the body. The class may also incorporate chanting, affirmations, and meditation to promote a sense of inner peace and connection. Shivananda Yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners. The emphasis is on proper alignment and breathing, so the instructor will guide you through each pose and provide modifications as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made 72 hours prior to the start time of each class, and up to 10 minutes before the class starts. Please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes. Cancellation for morning classes can be made up to 12 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Credit Package: Late cancellation will result in the loss of your credit. While we can't refund the credit used for your booking, giving us a heads up allows us to offer your spot to someone else. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. We reserve the right to cancel classes with less than 2 bookings.
