Start your day with a refreshing and energizing Sun Stretch class at Yogasana Room. This Hatha Flow Class is designed for all levels and focuses mainly on Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations Series, and their variations. The class flow allows you to move through a creative series of asanas at a slower pace than Vinyasa, while also holding the asanas for a longer period of time to find modifications that suit and benefit your body. Join us and start your day feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day
