It is recommended that beginners start with a modified version of the practice and gradually progress based on their abilities. Remember to listen to your body, breathe deeply, and practice with mindfulness.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy our classes, please remember to cancel your reservation if you can't make it. Cancellation can be made up to 6 hours prior to start time. For any late cancellation, please contact us directly. Kindly note that the credit you use to make the reservation will not be returned to your plan. Member Pass: A no-show will result in a temporary 24-hour pause on your plan. We reserve the right to cancel all of your upcoming bookings as a result of your no-show. Waitlist: We allow a waitlist of 2 people for fully booked classes. If a spot doesn't open up 2 hours prior to the class start time, we recommend browsing our other class offerings or adjusting your schedule. If you no longer wish to wait or have decided to change your plan, please remove your name from the waitlist.
